10 Study tips you can apply


1. Different people have different method to study. What works for them might not work for you. This is why it is very IMPORTANT to find the best method that suits you. 

2. Food give us the nutrients that we need. Don't neglect your breakfast, lunch or dinner when you are studying. 

3. Exercise will help your body to release stress. So do it regularly. 

4. Stay positive. Whatever obstacle that may come your way should be handled positively. 

5. Sleep is highly important for your brain to rest. Even when it is close to your examinations. 

6. Take breaks. Do not strain yourself by studying non stop for hours and hours. Take some naps, go out with friends. Play with your pet.

7. Setting what you want to achieve is very important in order to prepare what you really need to do to achieve those goals. Do you wanna pass? Do you want to get an A+? it is all up to you. 

8. Timing is an essential part of planning your study. Some people find it best to study early in the morning, some people likes to study at night. Find ones that suits you. 

9. Exams or pre-test will help you practice and prepare you for the big examinations. 

10. Sometimes you just need time before making any decisions, so just sleep on it ;)
